I will say that I'm quite the germaphobe, and I rarely, if ever, walk barefoot anywhere such as hotels or AirBnBs. However, I absolutely had to take advantage of their heated bathroom floors, and not once did I find myself cringing at this beautiful place! I walked around barefoot the whole time! That speaks to how clean this AirBnB is.

This mountain retreat was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for our family to relax. The home was very well stocked, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything we needed. The views were amazing, and we loved all the little details—especially the popcorn and candy in the movie room. Everything about this place was wonderful. We’d happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Chad was absolutely fantastic and incredibly responsive. When we ran out of propane one evening, we messaged him and he was there with a replacement in less than 10 minutes — above and beyond service. The beds were very comfortable, and the place had great amenities, including coffee. The location was perfect, close to several wineries, and his restaurant recommendations were spot on. He was kind, attentive, and truly made our stay special. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Impeccably decorated, CLEAN, gorgeous location, comfortable with everything you need and close to town center and wineries. Sound system and comfortable beds - BONUS! Plus we had deer visit us in the morning. Def recommend.

Me and my family visited for a quick getaway. Chad & Jill were very responsive. The drive was okay. The views are better in person. Definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at many places and this one beats them all. We felt at home. Saw plenty of deer and we didn’t need to leave. Our entire stay we didn’t go no where. That should tell you something… BOOK!!

WHAT A TIME WAS HAD! Chad & Jill thank you (for probably the gazillionth) time for what was one of the most special end-of-year send off’s our family has had. The space you’ve created feels home-y, cozy, with all sorts of everything else. Everything my in-laws needed, there was… even flashlights to see the night-time deer! My mom was also able to chillax all she wanted. The view was spectacular. The land was beautiful to walk around. We were able to commute to Helen easily and there were also a surprising amount of grocery stores near by! The rooms are decorated very cute but not only that… THE BEDS ARE SO COMFORTABLE! The house is seriously set up for the perfect family vacation. We are already planning our trip back!

Our multi-generation family vacation at the Mountain Retreat was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was so well stocked! They thought of everything. Chad was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Even after seeing the photos, we were even more impressed with the place upon arrival. 100/10 experience, my friends and I decided to have a getaway in the mountains and the honeybee cabin is absolutely beautiful,clean, kitchen is fully stocked with almost every appliance imaginable. Thank you again!
